Our story
Spotless began with a frustration every office manager knows: the cleaning company that dazzles in month one and disappears by month three. Our founder had watched it happen from the client side, and she was convinced a cleaning company could be built differently: on systems instead of promises.
A dental clinic gave us our first chance to prove it. Clinical spaces don't forgive shortcuts, and passing an infection-control-minded practice manager's inspection week after week became our training ground. That discipline, earned in operatories and exam rooms, now shapes how we clean everything from boardrooms to break rooms.
Today Spotless serves offices, clinics, and commercial buildings across Toronto and the GTA, grown almost entirely by referral. The owner still walks spaces, reviews checklists, and answers her own phone.
